So, we did a pre-wedding shoot a week prior to the signing-of-papers-ritual and got to really tap into our creativity and fun-having. We all love vintage aesthetic, exploring old buildings and Wes Anderson films and I think that all shines through in these images.

I can't think of a better first post than the wedding that kicked off 2015, which was that of April & Nathan. It truly was the perfect day. Everyone was in good spirits, the weather was perfect and the locations meshed perfectly with April's edgy vintage style (and black wedding dress!). Everyone got ready at The Cheshire Inn, where we did a first look, then headed off to Lafayette Park and the St. Louis Public Library for photos. The bridal party was small with simply a maid of honor and a best man. I love a tiny bridal party because it's always made of of people that are extremely close to the couple and obviously much less chaotic than a group of 10 or 20 people. The ceremony and reception took place at the Schlafly Tap Room. Pint Size Bakery provided an array of almost-too-perfect-to-touch treats and Petal Pushers STL provided the blooms.
